  • I understand about taking care of everyone else better than we do ourselves.. I am still learning that I ahve to take care of myself also and also working on not feeling guilty for it too! Parker seems so adorable.. I know a lil boy named Parker and he is the cutest thing ever too..maybe its a "Parker" thing? lol Sending luv,hugs,n prayers from frozen Indiana! Psst.. at 5:30 am I am smacking the alarm all the way to 6 o'clock..lol

  • I think you nailed the reasons exactly. Not eating, not moving are probably exactly why you're not losing right now. Nuts are a good healthy snack - I think 8 peanuts is a serving of fat but would be better if you had a serving of fruit with it. You might want to give some thought to a really common problem women have with food; we'll fix healthy stuff for everyone else - we must begin to believe that we are worth it. That we deserve good healthy food that looks good too. Just a thought....
