@ribbonfly That's all right. For future reference, you should google fashion for designing the clothing for a character. In this case, you should have googled business fashion to get an idea what a detective like Rachel should wear for the job. Keep your head up and keep trying!

Again, very good fro what I can make out. My only critique is that her outfit as a little bland. Remember: she's supposed to have a sense of fashion. She looks more like a bystander in the background. But still, I liked it! A lot better than some other ones I've seen (Like mine lol)
