SCREW THE CURSE OF BILLY PENN!!! The City Of Brotherly Love hasn't won a ring, a title, a trophy or a cup since 1983, and I'm just a bit fed up, so in an attempt to give the Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and, yes, the Sixers, that much-needed boost to championship glory, here's a smooth song inspired by Moses Malone's powerful and prophetic prediction of "fo-fo-fo" that spurred victory.

I know! I love this song---for some reason when I first heard it back in late 1983 I thought Luther Vandross was doing the vocals--I just thought it sounded like him! The group Pieces of A Dream was actually pretty young when they put this tune out--barely into their mid-twenties--I think this might have been one of their first hits. I only remember hearing it on WCHB here in Detroit. Not a spectactular tune, but it's got a truly memorable laid-back groove you can kick it to.
I love YouTube, may it live forever. Haven't had to spend a dime on music that's been haunting me for decades. I have only failed in finding one song, called Falling Leaves, Falling Rain or Falling Stars, female vocalist, and it was played in the same timeframe as this song ("Fo-Fi-Fo"), early 80's. Peace out.
the worst part about it, i work in radio in houston and i don't pay attention to the da new music, just da old music, lol....maxwell doesn't count....i love neo-soul...peace
