de dust2 remake ver2 Promotion Video

Dear CS:S-Gamer, meanwhile I cannot count any more, how often I have already run through the known counter strike Source Map "de_dust2"!Every time I had the same thoughts: Loveless, Angularly and not up to date! Thus I took a heart and decided to give the Map a new form. In the past I noticed that playing community,is too unflexible give new Maps a chance. Fact is the best known and most popular Map on Public-Severn is "de_dust2". The intention was to built a Map which can totally substitute the original map, without the players must adapt themselves! The following aspects were for me basic to start: - no new ways, doors or game-relevant Props - identical play expiry (that´s the reason for de_dust2 beeing the most popular Map) - the Map must also run on low level systems (no texture orgies) etc. etc. Now after some months the second Version of the Map has reached the final status. The Map is fully playable and concluded so farld be best of course. My Objective is to shame the original de_dust2! Special thanks already to my Wingman Stubu, which spend a lot of time with testing the project. Watch the teasers....and give a short comment Yours Blade

Sieht sehr gelungen aus, hoffentlich sieht man die Map auch auf den Servern laufen und sie verstaubt nicht in den Download- Archiven...

...das hoffe ich natürlich auch, naja 50mb für den map-download schrecken viele ab, obwohl das original fast genauso groß ist, wenn man die models und texturen aus den gcf-archieven mitzählt! Daumen drücken!

wirklich sehr schön! mappe selbst ab und zu mal und ich muss sagen: 1A. wie lang hast du allein fürs gerüst (ohne texturen, entities und so) gebraucht?

naja da ich alleine war und bedingt durch dir arbeit nur die wochenenden hatte, hat sich das ganze schon lang hingezogen....insgesamt habe ich fast 4 Monate gebraucht, allerdings viel zeit für andere dinge hatte ich nicht! ;-)
