Kim Geary and Uyen Pham, both of Kim Soo Karate, perform Han San Dae Ryon and Seven-Step Sparring. My master and I cleverly identify it from behind the camera.
Thank you for the clarification! I've actually learned Seven-Step Sparring since the time of the demo, so now I can properly recognize it instead of confusing the translation, ha.
When Master Kim Geary is moving forward, they are practicing Han Son Dae Ryon. When Master Uyen Pham moves forward, they changed to another two-person Chuan-fa drill called, "Seven-step sparring."

That's why it's a demo. Also, they aren't free sparring, it's a learned series of attacks and blocks called Han San Dae Ryon

In the real world, people wouldn't fight so "politely".
