The set looks so cheap, it had to have been designed in house. The graphics aren't bad, but they didn't blow me away and the open definitely needs some work. I just think 33/40 deserved better than this from Allbritton. Overall, pretty disappointing.

@ecau2345 I agree. I HATE how "Alabama's News Leader" just floats like an idiot in the open. And the audio just does not match up. Even with the segment opens, they just are using the old audio from all their old opens. Cheap, easy way out. Hopefully it's not permanent.

The set looks kinda unfinished in some areas. What's with the bare wood they're using now?

Also, the weather graphics are way out of the 4:3 safe zones.

yeah, the v/o doesn't match the open. but like you said, maybe they had issues with a new voiceover clip or something, so they just used the old one. i do like the graphics. oh, and that monitor behind james spann is HUGE!
