Barka Burkina Trailer 2nd Draft

OK folks, here's a look from the inside...as the media is being created...
Our phenomenal editor, George Buencamino (his last name literally translates as "the good way") cut a first draft of the trailer which we posted to YouTube just before we went to Burkina Faso to premiere the film at FESPACO. However we told him it was missing a key ingredient- we said our work isn't about going to Burkina Faso to save anyone, like some kind of old-school, missionary-style, anglo-centric, bleeding heart service to a poor and disenfranchised group of people... we believe that Burkina holds answers for us all and its people are still practicing indigenous spiritual technologies that we all need to learn from if we are to re-boot our system and find the way to sustainability for a global village...
so we asked him to add the element of reciprocity-- that Burkina and its people, the Burkinabe, have something to offer us all, in addition to our own dedication to doing what we can to help their situation...
