Actress Brittany Murphy died tragically this week. In remembrance of her career and life, ClevverTV will break down two of her top films up next.

Hey guys-I'm Joslyn Davis for ClevverTV with a look at the career of Brittany Murphy. During her short life, the young actress packed in over 20 feature films, many of which were huge hits at the box office.

In celebration of her contributions to the film world, we're dishing on two of our Brittany Murphy favs. First up is the movie that brought her into the limelight- we all fell in love with Murphy when she hit the screen to play Tai in "Clueless." Murphy was only 15 years old when she landed the role that kick started her career. Her character was the new girl at the Beverly Hills high school, and was badly in need of a complete make over. But in the process of the whole overhaul, her character ends up teaching everyone else a good lesson about love. If you haven't seen this one-it's a must watch and one of my top 90's films.

Another Brittany Murphy movie you all probably remember is "Uptown Girls." In this one, Murphy plays a young woman who acts like a total child, but after running into some money problems, she has to get a job and she ends up becoming the nanny to an 8 year old girl, who is way more adult than she is. Dakota Fanning played the 8 year old in the movie, which is really funny and also very touching.

i love all of her films but i have to say that my favorite is uptown girls which is also my favorite movie of all time.
