  • r u wearing a belt??? if not, why? is it really important to wear a belt with heavy deadlifts?

  • when you grip the bar i notice you grip it knuckles out every one always tells me to use one hand normal one hand reverse is there really a diffrence

  • @jersmusicrecordings yes there is. Ignore those who tell you to use a reverse grip.

  • Dude how can you lift with no blaring music?!?

  • @RjRocker87 in peace

  • I notice you hardly ever use belts or wraps or any other equipment to help you much when you lift. I don't either despite unless I'm maxing out despite all these people that recommend you should wear knee wraps or belts or whatever when you do squats to protect your back or knees. It's best to train your own body your tendons, ligaments, muscles, etc. to support your structure when you lift at least I believe it can help prevent weaknesses and in turn injuries down the road.

  • @Possimpablee i originally deadlifted in a touch and go fashion then i switched to a very strict true deadlift and now im back to touh and go, it just seems to give me a better workout.

  • @MrCaprice90 I'd recommend starting strength or any other basic strength program, seems like you are lacking a foundation in strength with the lifts you described, is your bodyweight around 120lbs?

  • @skyethebeast the chucks are just fine, those shoes are called adidas adistars they run about 150 to 200 bucks i got a pair and i have to say they are like putting ur feet in cement i love them! but never use like cross trainers, or like running shoes!! they will screw up your lifts.

  • please sir can you help me

im a bodybuilder and i have been training for a year right now

    i can lift 80kg squat

flat bench press bar 25kg the same for incline
