Too bad over half of those squats were no reps. Hip crease must be below knees.

Just tried this and got 19! Pretty nice for the first time IMO. My pull ups were a bit "cleaner" than yours but I'm not complaining about kipping. Gotta teach it to myself too to see if it makes this easier. I'm well aware that kipping is a part of crossfit :)

ive been training calisthenics for a while now so i got exactly 30 rounds. its a tough workout no doubt about it. gets your heart rate up for sure...good luck everybody

great effort... but virtuosity is key.... chest must hit ground every rep... hip crease must break parallel plane at bottom of rep

put a ball down instead of a box for those squats if you want to be perfect with them, also to mix it up try cindy with strict pull up form just for a diff challenge should increase your cindy max

Thanks for the comments. My squats definitely need improvement. My
Pushups and pullups are good! To military standard (6 years in the army). Keep in mind the video is sped up so you aren't seeing the full movement of each rep.
My goal - 30 rounds of Cindy.
Also- 30 dead hangs.
