Ok until the ending. Ouch on the high notes. He has the range but has not learned how to use it. It would sound 150% better if he had a great vocal teacher (opera techniques ie breathing - where he had difficulties in the ending) and put the right emphasis on the words he was singing. Again though, not horrible for a non-musician singing and thank god the track was not too far off, they usually butcher the music. A good teacher can help you hit the notes longer and stronger w increasing range.
