What about other parts of the body? I have been told I need knee surgery for like 10 years but I am scared that once I get it I am done for. Definitely have heard horror stories about people who got knee surgery and are worse off than before.

It does sound like acupuncture a little bit. Acupuncture is supposed to bring energy to the source of pain to help cure it and prolotherapy brings cell to that area to help heal it.

Speaking of which do you get numbed up beforehand? I guess they would have to give you a needle to numb you, so they can then stick needles in you.

Yeah, but like with acupuncture the needle looks so small it probably doesnt even feel like much at all.

My pain would have to be pretty bad to face getting stuck with needles that many times. I am cringing just looking at it.

Well, some people experience chronic pain whether or not they run on a regular basis or not. Nothing is worse than living with chronic pain.

Running can cause all kinds of pain. Definitely not a fan of running. Hard on your shins, feet, knees, etc.

Nothing is worse than heel pain. I have been running for years and have sought all kinds of treatments to help my pain, this looks like it might have some merit,
