This is one of the first pole dancing videos I made. I want to take it down as its cringy and the fact my toes aren't pointed is annoying me, however, I have decided to leave it up to remind me how I far I have come!

Heyy thanks, I had my first lesson about 4 years ago..but have only really taken it seriously in the last year! I need to work on pointing my toes more lol x

I was just trying out this first spin and it just feels so awkward trying to wrap my ankle back around the pole. I love that you do all your work on a static pole. I have a static pole only right now and it's so hard to find tutorials/vids on static... so thank you!
