A TV and a game system.
I've filed reports to the attorney general, the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau, in addition to several comsumer report websites and agencies. So far, I have only gotten a generalized, automated letter.
I say that because the idiot who signed it (Mr. Rada, bitch didn't even put her first name and email address) didn't even address my main concern.
That's what happens when a business monopolizes an industry.

Wow and Greyhound is such a brand name but poor C/S can really ruin a co. so they betta listen up sis. You remind me of my sister constructive and professional delivery of argument but when she gets p'd off the real talk attitude comes out, lol. Never take Greyhound.
One of the employees at Shreveport,LA went into my luggage and stole some of my items.
Greyhound has yet to do anything, but they are obviously aware of it since that SAME location has gotten several complaints about theft.
And the customer service at Greyhound is absolutely horrible.
These idiots need more than training and education.
They need to be fired and probably charged with a crime.

@TheUltimateBeing01 wow, that's really sad--some of your stuff was stolen?!? what is wrong with this picture? it's a sad state of affairs; unfortunately, Greyhound isn't the only company with shoddy customer service. having worked in customer service positions for years, i am just really conscious of how much good service, common courtesy and decency have eroded (in general) over the years. thanks for watching!
