can you upload some videos how to make your dog say ''I Love You, Hello, Hi, Thank you'' or something?

I would if I could! I did actually have a dog (Harry my Dalmation) in the past that could mimic my voice, but sadly he has passed on.

what do you use for treats

Hello,
My Shih-Tzu loves small pieces of cheese (which I use in the video) and also liver treats.
All the best.

As a training video I have to say that the critically difficult part -- going from step 2 to step 3 -- wasn't explained or demonstrated. How do you say "elbows down = good, elbows down AND butt down = bad" with just a clicker?

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
The crucial point with the clicker is that the feedback you provide to your dog is timely and always consistent.
Also keep in mind that not rewarding a behavior (in your case, the dog going into the down position) with a click and treat sends a powerful message to your dog. Behavior that is not rewarded is not reinforced so is therefore less likely to occur again.
You can also use your voice to communicate to your dog what is desired behavior and what is not.
