This video isn't wrong. This video is designed for extreme beginners. It is shown without a chasse (perfectly acceptable for beginners) and danced on the 1st beat (also perfectly acceptable). For those who dance the cha-cha often, like myself, we know that we would usually add a chasse during a basic as well as dance on the 2nd beat. Gotta teach the beginners how to walk before they can start running with the veterans!
