Stelmach and LIEpert need to take responsibility for the terrible manner in which the Alberta government's response to the N1H1 pandemic plan has proceeded

Years of planning and preparing for a pandemic and the best they can come up with is having people stand outside (or crowding in a shopping mall) for hours while waiting for immunization. Standing outside... where temperatures are around or below zero 5 months of the year - Oct to Mar. THIS IS THE BEST PLAN THEY HAVE????
