I like her. She may look very butch, more so than most men, but that's how she see's herself. And that's how she wants to look. I'm not looking to go out with her so why should I care. she looks ok. And she has a good attitude.

Hufty is a legend! I know what people are saying about her accent though, it's not your everyday geordie. That's evident here and still now on Geordie Finishing School, there's definitely bits coming in from all over the place!

Just watched that Geordie Finishing School last night on TV. She was really nice although her hair was very male looking! Have to say that Hufty is far more genuine than the awful, patronising Amanda de C, her ridiculous brother (a hanger on at the time if ever there was one) and John Taylor. That marriage didn't last though did it?

Hufty is from south shields, least I think that's where my mum said she was from...She's not welsh at all though she did tell someone as a joke she was polish when she was at high school. My mum and her went to Whitley Bay High together. Hufty wasn't her t.v name like everyone says it is, it was her actually her nickname when she was younger to start off with

@lesbianator So one of the best people you know is a violent, aggressive person and you'd like to watch her being so. Doesn't say much for you, your taste in friends or "community workers" in the north east does it ?

was this character a complete fraud or what? that accent is well dodgy. sounds as if she's faking it, and can't decide on whether she's Geordie or Welsh.
at the time I knew it was a case of 'come gawp at the freak' but now I'm thinking it was all just typical contrived TV hocum.

This is what Geordies sound like. I don't see the problem.

She might be a nice person, but that baldie look doesn't do much for her.
Is she like a "man" lesbo? I'm not being funny lesbianator, serious question.
