Its in GA. Just the other day,cherokee was fined 26,000.00 for dumping off 100 cats on a woman the lady was charged with animal crulety for having too many and wasnt able to tend to them now the ga dept of ag is fining them 26,00.00(cherokee co, animal control???!!!

as of 9/30/10 ALL CHARGES AGAINST RANDALL THAXTON HAS BEEN DROPPED,UNFORTUNATELY THE DOGS WERE KILLED BY THE CHEROKEE COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL BUT NOW RANDALL LAWSUIT STARTS!!!!

the atlanta humane society,is licneced by mary green,cherokee county control is licneced by mary green,and so is gilmer county,and i guess the whole state of ga.now mary green is killing these dogs,by lincenceing these places to kill,mary green you should be ashamed,the blood is on your hand mary green

i know now who helps killed these dogs the ga. dept of aguculter animal procetion agency mary green she linces these places,the raid that just happen in polk county the news and the paper said these dogs looked good and healthy they said that is the way dog sfighters keep them then last night 7/20/10 fox 5 and chuck simmons said that some of the dogs did not nmake it due to bad healty now is fox 5 helping kill these dogs also chuck simmon tried to extort 6000.00 from the guy in polk co.

dirty maybe ....but the doggies did not look at all unsavable ...assistance should have been provided to a shelter that needs help....if these dogs were harmed then the maker of this video is doing no good at all.......i would think the people starting the shelter had good intentions

thats just messed up. i live in gilmer and am embarrased how neglected these animals are. maybe joe should be the new caretaker at this shelter. it would be taken care of much better than it is now.

This video was a VERY good idea and any time a facility like this does not want you there filming that means they have something to hide. As they are run by the taxes collected by the public they are subject to public inspection at any time.
