I don't understand why the melody notes (in description box) have numbers next to them. Could you please explain?

@gluestick2121 The numbers represent lines of the song. For example line "1" of my notes corresponds to Fergie's 1st line of the song..."All the things I know right now". If you are familiar with the actual song this system should be quite easy to follow :)
