Ehm, it's 13+2 others to unlock mission 21, then 21 to unlock 30, then 30 to unlock 32, then 32 - 38 - 40 (Answerer)

A quick, clean, painless way to S Rank, for people who aren't quite as skilled as this man (Impressive blade work, from another AC Blader, btw) is to equip any of your favorite high explosive weapon (grenade, rocket, whatever floats/sinks your boat) and switch to manual aiming. Get a decently EN efficient machine, and if you follow this AF's danglies *cough* down, you'll see a collection of fancy spikes, and farther down a steeper slanted collection of spikes. Nail these for a clean S rank. :D

Lol I circled around and destroyed the missile system and three other parts with the same blades that Hugecool was using...and it took me only ten seconds and I was nearly untouched....but if you don't mind I'd love to see the rocket trick you're talking about lol it just sounds fun to watch.

If I'm correct they are Interior Union boosters...forgot the name but they have a low energy cost. If you mix that up with a high capacity and output generator you'll pretty much be able to hover and recharge your energy...giving you almost instant flying lol I'll PM you when I have the actual part names.

There's a much easier way to beat this one, in addition to many others. Slap on 2 5 barrel rocket launchers for back weapons, which have nearly unlimited range and simply need to be aimed manually. Fire them consistently center mass at Answerer from a safe distance until it drops. Takes about 10 seconds total mission time. The cutscene at the end takes longer than the mission itself.
