Babyshambles get kid from audience to play at NME gig

Painfully embarrassing video showing the death throes of a band that barely existed in the first place. Pete Doherty and one other band member (anyone know their names?) didn't turn up to the NME Nominations gig at the O2, so in desperation they got a drunk fan out of the audience to play guitar and sing. Oh, the shame.

There's a competition to win places for a private gig this Thursday at which Pete is headlining.
