i'm not sure if your bc pills are responsible for that pimple but if they are, it may be temporary because of the hormonal change. normally, my mood swings are bad, like they go up and down often. but if i can remember correctly, it was really bad when i was on the bc pills. it doesn't happen to everyone of course. so gl with them =)

BC pills makes a women extra b*****. lol. my mood swing is like a pendulum. dont worry, a man who love us can take any mood swings. :)
