  • I REMEMBER THIS WHEN I WAS LITTLE. OH GOD MY DAD WAS LIKE A LITTLE KID WANTING ONE. LOL.

  • well hell any body knows that if you're trying to tear something up you can ..you would have to be a total moron to treat any saw that way and probably don't need to be operating one anyhow......

  • is the homelite super 2 55ccs or bigger or smaller i need confirmation

  • I just found an XL in the garage. It needs a new blade and chain and drive sproket, but I am eager to get it going again.

  • have 2 xl 2's ........love em!

  • @MRkallek91 the new ones are exactly the same as chainsaws known as "Ryobi", this is the case in the UK anyway. Cheap rubbish, made in China.

  • @FergusonTO35 yeah, but the new ones SUCK!

ive had two newish ones, both freakin bent the rods, aluminum shits.

the older ones have cast iron rods.

  • Old Homelites are outstanding. My father had a 1980 Super 2 that he used hard for 24 years.

  • "We tried to ruin it by doing things you shouldn't do." All they had to do was try cutting more than one log with it, would have ruined it real fast that way.

  • Homelite's garbage line. Unlike xl-12,c-5,ez etc.
