the wire heating problem is obviously because some of the rookie people trying this out are using wire equal to the size thin speaker wire. power flows similar to water in that it needs more surface area to travel smoothly, less surface area creates a bottle neck thus heating the wire till it catches on fire. dont forget your fuses lol

I am pretty interested in this newer idea for fuel. I have been checking out all the video's of people who have tried many things and failed. As for your idea for the heat problem... what if you lined the outside of the inner wall with a coiled piece of tubing, like copper or something that is hollowed out, durable and good for heat transfer, then rigged up a fan to blow fresh air through the pipe?

another way to prevent overheating is to separate the elctrolyte and the steel plates and make it a dry cell system.

I think most people use nuetral plates to reduce the heat gain.

I think alot of people use nutral plates or tubes, that dramaticly reduces the heat generation. Check out the Joe cell, With a very short charge the electrons contunue to drain and it creats superconducting ions and converts the water to HHO.
