Working sets of 2 3/8" thick bar rack deadlifts from 18" with Iron Woody #2 fitness bands doubled from 08/03/2009. Lifts are 245x1,295x1,335x1,385x1,425x1,475x1,500(M) and 415x4. Bands provide about 105lbs of tension at top of lift.
Yes they are York Dumbbells. Some of the equipment they have is pretty old (they got rid of a lot of stuff two years ago) like the dumbbells and power rack.
nice set up, did you take into account that 80lbs of force in direction X + 80 lbs of force in direction y doesnt equal 160. but a really nice set up either way
I did not. What I did was measure how far the bands were stretched at the top of the lift and then hung the bands from pins and added weight until they stretched as far as the top of the lift and recorded the weight needed.
if those are york dumbells (they look like they are)
those are worth alot of money...
