I said, "vegetarian and/or vegan I come across".
That does not include those three, I've never personally met them.
If one of them would personally explain to me the major benefits of the vegan lifestyle, I'd gladly listen.

@ratapusnation Of course you are free to your opinion, but your opinion would mean more to me if you gave me some reasons why you feel this way. I don't understand why a vegitarian would have this point of view. I feel the video is nonviolent, constructive & positive. May God bless you & keep you happy & well. Too bad the human body wasn't built to consume plant matter in the first place. Our ancestors only ate meat.

@heaintloveu Our ancestors ate fruit, berries, roots, vegetables, & leaves, until they learned how to farm. Our digestive system is not designed to live on only meat. A carnivore's digestive system is much shorter than ours, with different enzymes. On a diet of only meat we would die, (without Vitamin C - scurvy). Perhaps it is time you decide to evolve! You know, I would be more likely to start a vegan life if not every vegetarian and/or vegan I come across is really not smart. Most of them just do it to be "different". They just like the attention, I guess.
Wich leads me to the question; Why are you using capitals for every letter?
You only need a capital at the beginning of your sentences.

@Marice91 Hi! I think you should consider going veg for health & ethical reasons! If I understand you correctly, I'd like to point out every letter is not capitalized. The first letter of some words are however. This is called camel -back notation. Consider it poetic license. Its a way of drawing attention without using text SHOUTING. Most importantly I think it's important that you make your own decisions, based on the available evidence. Please watch some of the factory farm cruelty videos.
