This version of the 1927 film classic by director Paul Leni, 'The Cat and the Canary' was restored by David Shepard of Film Preservation Associates. The music was composed by Franklin Stover, and performed by the Mont Alto Motion Picture Orchestra. Both the restoration and the music is protected under copyright. 'The Cat and the Canary' is paired with Harold Lloyd's 'Haunted Spooks' on the same DVD. The DVD can be ordered from Image Entertainment or Amazon.com

InDEED a creepy scene...I haven't seen this movie for years, I'll have to watch it again. They just don't make them like this anymore, unfortunately.
