nice job spelling "McCain" myersmom, maybe you should learn the names of the candidates before you vote for a 4 year continuation of bush' economic and foreign policy. Write-ins and third parrty politics on a national scale take votes away from one of the candidates, so you are voting for one of the main candidates but in a secondary fashion. Obama 08

@unicornlxi yea but i kind of lost hope in the 2 party system. I personly voted for obama mainly becouse of the war issue but know i realized that he wants the war to so iv lost hope in them except for ron paul even thow i dont agree with every thing he says but he is right on the big issues.

@TheMartinez08 I agree again. Except, we really don't know what the dems and reps have to offer. It's based on where the money comes from. I wonder how fast either party would do a complete about face if offered a large infusion of money from a lobbyist they heretofore despised. I don't agree w/the tea party, but I have to admire their seeming grass roots populism, regardless of the money trail.

@campaign4liberty Amen. Maybe next time. Just imagine Ron and Jesse on a ticket w/Nader holding a high cabinet post! We may find that we are one nation again; able to really debate the issues w/o Wall st. pulling any strings and the government working for our interests and only our interests for a change. We may even regain all our Constitutional rights. Hell, we may even start to realize that the government has no rights, just powers and the People have all the rights to limit these powers.

A Navy Seal, a true communicator, common sense views on such non-issues as gun control, and the courage 2 say what he means w/o having 2 wonder who's pocket he's in. Jesse won't jump back in that horrible muck in 2012 w/o the help of a citizens militia to back him. I regret voting for Obama in 2008. I was forced to do so out of guilt. Maybe we do need a revolution. This time I plan on voting my heart instead of my mind in 2012 and hopefull Cynthia McKinney and Ron Pail will be on a ticket with Dennis Kucinich!

Whats easier, reforming the two parties that we have, or starting a new party with no name recognition. There is no guarentee that they won't be corrupt too. I would rather get good people into the parties that people actually recognise.
