  • Quit possibly. Did you miss the turning? You were near Brondesbury overground station but on the other side of the road heading in the direction of Shoot Up Hill. I was having a coffee in a cafe when you walked past. It took a few seconds to work out why you looked familiar from somewhere and by then you'd gone.

  • I couldn't find the turning so I walked up as far as the Sainsbury nearest Brondesbury and turned opposite there towards West Hampstead.

  • Hi Elise,

I saw you walking up Kilburn High Road a few days ago. My first youtube star sighting 8-)

    Peter

  • Ah! On my way to a gig in West Hampstead!

  • I think he might have gotten much better pictures at an earlier hour, maybe as the sun was going down? I heard him say it was too dark. But that said, it's a pretty cool and unusual thing to do.

  • He would have but he was assigned 10pm to 11pm by the people who drew it. I feel sorry for the people up there at 3am!

  • I hope they freshly painted a small spot on the top so that the condemned... uh, those priveleged to stand on top would at least be able to watch paint dry.

  • Gosh, it all came together in the editing, didn't it?

At least I held the camera steady! :-)

Although it must be said that apparently the camera makes me gain five stone. It's odd - I don't think of myself as that fat. Time to diet, I suppose...
