This was on King at Bay a few minutes after the 2 car fires were put out. The a rag tag group of mostly photographers assembled then cops marched in and started shoving us back.

I have to disagree with the Toronto police's idea here. From what I saw, it looked like they had the people boxed in. I'm not sure if they were or not, but that's what it looked like. Whenever you corner a person, especially a group of people, is when they become dangerous.
