Here is an example of a Haptic screen that lets you feel the positions of objects on the screen, so maybe in the future it will be able to feel the position of the keys on an on-screen keyboard in same way: http://www.chrisharrison.net/index.php/Research/TeslaTouch
SOME OF THE TEN FINGER MULTI TOUCH DEVICES FOR WINDOWS 7:
The Acer Iconia 6120 is a particularly eye catching machine. Plug in a USB keyboard and carry it around with you and you have a nice portable dual screen PC basically, for someone who needs lots of screen space. Though a bit heavy as these things go, no stylus type pen and short battery life. You can watch it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2u5or2jJn08
The Samsung series 7 slate is more practical, includes a good stylus, very good specs, but hasn't yet arrived here in the UK. It's also the one Micosoft chose for the Windows 8 developer preview PC.

@ bonds911 Consider this quote from the above video..."it's a little bit of a small screen this one so i've then put it onto this larger screen to make it easier for you to see what's going on" He is trying to help you. Be sure to disable your keyboard next time you turn your computer on.
