It is NOT allowed to mix two different types of folk music. Technically, there should be BIG music reductions in choreography and interpretation marks.

There music sounds Asian to me... :) I like it! What type of Asian folk is it? Chinese? Japanese?

the program is actually supposed to be an Afro-Cuban folk dance, but they do use "Strobe's Nanafushi" for their mid-line step portion, which is Japanese. The last portion is a latin piece, "Aguanile".
