i agree, i think all the incarnations of the doctor need to have there individuality, something that makes them diffrent from the rest. but just because he looks like tennant, doesn't mean his personality willl have to b like tennant

Maybe, but the producer's seem a bit 'high' on the concept of having young and "sexy" Doctors these days and, as a long term fan (not to mention a hetereosexual male), I've never really seen the point in that.
