Another number on the Wersi Helios, this time demonstrating some of the instrumental tones.
I have sampled a number of classic Klaus type sounds from this organ and they are now available from me in the format of wav. files to download , for anyone with the ability and knowledge of sampling for a nominal charge.

  • The Helios sounds great, Jason! With you behind it, there's an orchestra coming out!

In my opinion this is the best organ ever built.

  • @Thedaanvo I'm pleased you like it so much. I think

even now its still way ahead of its time.

Good luck with your Beta and I hope she's alright now.

    Jason

  • Very Good

But Can You Play The Theme From

    FIDDLER ON THE ROOF ?

    Sunrise Sunset ?

    Or Any Christmas Music

Such As Carol of the Bells ?

  • @djf2451 I can play "If I were a rich man" and Matchmaker.

I know lots of Christmas music including some of the lovely German ones.

I've never heard of Carol of the Bells. It sounds like it might be very nice though.

My favourite is Good king Wenseslas and my least favourite is Oh holy night.

I don't particularly like church music hymns but I will play them if there is enough cash waved under my nose, Weddings 100euros Christenings 5,000,000 euros plus 10 cases of .Beaujolais Ha Ha!

  • Your Wersi Helios sounds very nice! I love this song! It was my neighbor's favorite (I used to play it on my Cordovox (electric accordion that sonds like an organ). :D *****

  • @Maureen712 Sounds interesting, I started out on a Bontempi reed organ

Fortunately we didn't have to go and fetch the replacement reeds from the nile.

  • Well , WersiKing has My Helios Now but I might be able to play Chim Chim Cheree using the samples I took from the organ before I sold it. We will have to wait till I go down to Brighton again where most of my instruments are in a few weeks time,

  • I'm convinced that "Chim Chim Cheree" (from the Mary Poppins motion picture) would be a further very imposing and representative division for demonstrating your fabulous Helios sound.

If you agree, maybe you would remember this next time taking a Helios video?

  • Sounds like a dream.The way you're playing - there's a lot of feeling.

It's a pleasure to listen, again and again.

You are awaking the soul of the Helios.

I would be glad to see more anytime ...

    Great!

  • The piece is played with sweetness and a lot of personality.

    Very good! 5 *

  • Your comments are very kind,

Klaus was very close to my heart,I was fortunate to have met him.His sound was very special
