NEVER CLEAR OUT ALL THE WATER, NEVER USE SOAP IN A FISH TANK, NEVER USE A SPONGE ON A FISH TANK, NEVER PUT A FISH IN A SINK, THE FISH IS WAY TOO BIG FOR THAT TANK. They should make it illegal for idiots like yourself to even look at fish!!!!!!!!

you don't deserve to be a fishkeeper!!!

Hello, good job on the cleaning! However, you don't need to do all that work! You did a lot. I use a vacuum cleaner and an algae scraper. I can clean a tank that size in 5 minutes with a vacuum cleaner and an algae scraper. Changing all the water at once is not necessary as your beneficial bacteria is fully removed. Beneficial bacteria as it feeds off ammonia and balances your chlorine content. Try it! Always change 20-25% of the water every 1-2 weeks. Try it, You will love it!!! Quick and easy

ouch, is that kitchen soap in the water...
I wouldnt use water.

Okay 1 that is a Comet goldfish... should not be anything under 80 US Gallons.2 NEVER clean the tank like that, have your friend get a vacuum gravel cleaner.. and vaccum the grave ONCE EVERY WEEK and replace the water with conditioned water. The fish will be alot happier. It will be a little bit of work, but that is what happens when you have pets, you are to take care of them and keep them happy.
