"Over the Rainbow" was written to showcase the talents of a teenage Judy Garland (1922-1969) in the MGM film musical, "The Wizard of Oz." This song won the 1939 Academy Award for composer Harold Arlen (1905-1986) and lyricist E.Y. "Yip" Harburg (1896-1981). Miller is playing a 37 string, a single key (D major) diatonic autoharp, with a cherry wood body, Sitka Spruce top, and maple chord bars, built in 1997 by Tom Fladmark of Sunbury, Pennsylvania.
