I have been training for about 4 months now, going out 3 days a week on average. some training from today with Luke Sims. funny bail from George Aubri.
umm, Im luke, the shorter haired pale one, i have been training much longer than him, and to be honest, he pwns me a tad, so any issues please tell us who you are referring to. thanks :)
In my opinion you're doing some things too soon. You may be able to jump a max of 10 foot, but it doesn't mean those are the sort of jumps you are ready to train, especially after only 4 months. I would suggest focusing on rail balancing, but not precisions until you have better body control and are able to simply jump better. I can't really go into detail but I think you should focus on yourself instead of trying to emulate what you see others doing. There is no rush. Parkour takes time.
I wish this could of been longer you guys are doing a great job good to see how training's going. when you squat down for a precision lift your heel it'll give you more of a lift to your jump.
yes Jacob you bizzle - good to see you with no inhibition to train! It looks as though you 'leave your legs behind' a bit in your precision jumps so just keep that in mind :) cool stuffs guys :)
