first time for me in thailand this jan cant wait looking at that

I was there in 1981 for about a week. Stayed at a place called the Palm Bungalows. First night I stayed there was a large rat and a huge spider in my bungalow. I remember they only had power for about 6 hours an evening from a generator. The open air restaurant was great. Most restaurants on the beach had almost identical menus. Cheap beer and I recall the people sold Thai Sticks for about 50 cents!
