I found the anime sorta stereotypical, brooding skinny protagonist witha fauning girl, but even still, I kind of like it. Hate how Casshern's human friend dies so quickly from the Ruin though.

@WorldOfSnakes I agree! Though I loved this movie the first time I watched it, its the characters abd their tragic situations that make this such a beautiful film! Its a shame more people can't see it this way

I've watched this movie the first time and I thought to myself that I wasted my money. Then a few months later, randomly I had an urge to watch it again because I had a feeling that I missed something, and it's so strange to think that my feeling was right. I watched the movie a second time and it tore me apart with its sadness. I found it really sad, especially the ending. The bondings and love, we lose them, and we lose who we are with time. だんだん失くしてってしまう。

The Casshern OST is so beautiful and... well... how should I put this.. thoroughly thought through? xD I just love the music so much.. ^^
