Reall? It's just a bunch of false pride? Well then you haven't seen my jeep. My keep shit out a cr-v the other day when I started it up. It has a hemi v-8 Clayton long arm suspension lift. Dana 45 axels with lokers and rock crusher dif. covers. Snorkel and much more. Best of all, it has a Jeep logo on the front. Also my wifes grand Cherokee could kick your cr-v's ass. It the up country edition so the suspension and shocks are better for off road than the standard edition

@laxfreak2828 neither is a commander, this video demonstrates how stupid it is. Your jeep, unless you have a Willy's Jeep, is in no way shape or form used by any military service and never was. A wrangler hasnt resembled any design of the Willy's other than cosmetics for 40 or 50 years, You pride yourself in your jeep when they are rated as one of the most unreliable manufacturers in the world. There is a reason everybody else in the world doesnt drive jeeps, they cherish sense over false pride

Im thuroughly unimpressed, this is showing the lack of capability it has, rather than flex the whole piece of shit teeters because the suspension is designed by imbeciles and stays stiff to cope with road driving. A CR-V can easily be compared to a compass or liberty, as they are cross overs and not real SUV ladder frame vehicles. A school bus would provide the same demonstration on this obstacle as it needs to be stiff to not roll over.

I got the weirdest erection from this... hmm...go figure.

@norcobigfootrider I have an F150 and a 90 model Jeep XJ, the Jeep is basically just for fun but it does have over 240 thousand miles on it and all that has had to be replaced is an alternator & battery. it's 100% original other then those and the tires. anything lifted is going to have more maintenance no matter what it is. there is more stress on the vehicle. I do plan on lifting mine later on though. yours sounds nice, i can't wait to have mine like that too.

So, you buy a vehicle with no resale value, a misguided PR and an ego. It's funny how ppl buy cars so much like themselves.
-
@RJTStudio I will probably always own one, i love my Grand, and i plan on building a TJ over the winter. I've just seen a lot of jeeps with a lot of issues, even those that aren't wheeled.
-
@norcobigfootrider Well, we just come from two different sides of the table then. My uncle has an ~87 Cherokee and had a Jeep YJ, I have a 05 Liberty, and my brother has a 06 TJ. Besides the regular maintenance such as tire rotation and oil changes, there are never any mechanical problems. In fact, we are probably going to get a Cherokee soon due to our positive experience with this brand.
-
@RJTStudio Though they break more often offroad but they are still a costly vehicle to maintain on road, my uncle has a Grand Cherokee and a Cherokee and both have never seen the offroad and he says he puts a lot of money into them for maintenance.

@elitecssplayer It's because it has an independent suspension. Wranglers have solid front and rear axles, therefore their flexibility is much greater.
Whoever compares a CR-V with ANY Jeep, should be shot.
