  • Its $299 now, but I still bet people like you are gonna still bitch about it being too expensive.

  • No it's a good move finally. The only problem is if Microsoft cut their price to match. Your still in the same boat. You have to convince people that a PS3 is worth more than a 360.

Son't worry I working on a video about that right now.

  • As gamers, we should concern ourself we: Are we getting the beef?

And im glad PS3 users, like myself, is getting the most of it this E3. Super sensitive motion controller by Q2 2010, great! GoWIII, FF14, FF13 versus, Ninja Gaiden Sigma II(these are the type of games i like anyway), ho ho, can't wait! lol

  • That's the point of my video. Everything you are looking forward to is next year. What if you don't make it? "Knock on wood" What about now! Sony keep promoising next year. Well the time is now! Microsoft is leaving them in the dust. They are not even in the same solar system as Nintendo. Yes Sony will not go bankrupt. The have the movie, TV, etc etc departments. To help with the loses of the game department.

Overall they are losing a 2 front battle badly! Good talk!

  • PS3 is not going to go to ten yeas. It is not going to happen. They've lost too much money on this thing, so if there is no way they are going to be able to support this thing for ten years.

  • you should try disgaea 3. it's a really good rpg that lasts quite a long time and is really fun.

  • "What if you don't make it?"

Hmm.. what do u mean i don't make it? haha

Anyway, ya, it suks that i need to WAIT, but even now, PS3 have quite abit of stuffs more than 360, which is good:) And Sigma 2 is this year which is great:D

FF13 will also probably come to PS3 earlier, or pack more features, lol, good for Sony, good news for us.

Think about it, if we complain that we would only get the good stuffs next year, think of when NATAL will arive? 2011? lol, howabout wii? What will they have?

  • No worries. In 3 to 4 years time, if the technology and market is ready for an 8th gen console. Be sure sony will make it as well. Haha. I don't think Sony is THAT slow.

They were slow on PS3 this time due to some screw ups(too slow, 6months delay makes it 1 year later than xbox). And their damn price, which is the reason why until now, xbox still out sell them.

With the brand of PS, they could have overtook MS way earlier. But from the looks of it, by next year, they would catch up.

  • Their will be a new Xbox within 3 to 4 years. That would make the PS3 6 to 7. So When the 720 comes out with what ever new tech it will have. You will have a 720 and New Nintendo system and a PS3. The same reason people buy new models of cars. They will by a new system. They did it this gen and will do it next.

  • But i do agree with you that the PSP Go is a wtf idea. It is good that consumers like us can have 1 more choice for hardware, but why should we even be considering PSP Go when 1stly it isn't cheaper, secondly, it doesn pack more functions?

I'd say to hell with it:)

Oh and good news for you, Amazon just dropped PS3 price to $350, haha
