Blue Angels - Charleston SC 2010

The Blue Angels came to Charleston, SC yesterday for Navy Week. They flew around the Harbor in front of the USS Yorktown. Here are some of the best clips from it. Sorry it's so shaky. I didn't have a tripod and it was windy :)

I remember they (the blues) used to have better airshows than this. Of course I might have to say the wind was bit strong at the event, but they don't put on the type of shows like they used to. I guess restrictions have much to do with that.

you guys are lucky you got the 'high show' since there weren't any clouds, they were able to do all the high altitude stunts for you guys. The 'low show' is good too, but the high shows are more fun imo. :) I love Fleet Week up in Seattle.

ehhh top gun what ever. to hear that kid in the background makes me think of that line in "saving private ryan", "have i been a good man?" the only time i've ever cried watching a movie. i wonder, have i?

Great job of filming AND editing. I don't know what I enjoyed more, watching the Blues fly around the Yorktown or listening to Buddy enjoy the show ;-)
