The first two links are quite easy acutually. Just spin to damage them. The last two ones are way harder, however. It took me several tries to get through that part.

I've been wondering that too, but I actually beaten the four swords dungeon by doing a glitch in I think level 4 (can't remember cause haven't played it in a long time).

i didnt know that the gba a link to the past had changes in it with bosses etc
