The Prussia cosplayer is hilarious.
Someone requested for Prussia to use his crop on Austria.Prussia's yelling the German word for Austria "Österreich" when he chases after him.
When he got overzealous Hungary chased after him and he dropped Gilbird.

Prussia's reaction to him thinking that Gilbird is dead when America put it in Hungary's frying pan is pure gold.

The gay Prussian general mentioned is Friedrich Wilhelm von Steuben who trained the American troupes in the Revolutionary war. He was a major reason for American victory because before him the troupes were mostly untrained and even misused their bayonets for things like cooking because they didn't realize its importance.
