@surfmcgoogler what a dumb comment. Yeah, Keith was born in Manchester, but he moved to London Canada where he formed the Demics. How many American or UK bands have to deal with that sort of screwed up logic? Also, the song's not about the US, it's a rub on another London band's NYC fascination. The point being that he did NOT want to go to New York City. I knew Keith after we both moved to Toronto, he called me "London". Rob taught me my first guitar chord in 1980. Great band.
