Naithan and I are doing the Sparring Drill Number 29, where the student is using the Defensive Quadrant Number 1 and Defensive Quadrant Number 2 Strikes in response to an Instructor strike. Also employed on this drill are punches on both sides. This particular drill really enhance the reflex action of both student and teacher alike. It is a very good drill. The first part is using the stick and the second part we are using empty hands with the same motion...We are doing it on Medium Speed to get the forms right. I specialize on close proximity system of Eskrima and I have a progressive program from the Beginner to Instructors Level and it is a step by step easy to follow lesson. People around the world are now starting to notice how Eskrima/Arnis can actually add or enhance whatever, other martial arts knowledge they have. So if you are into other systems of martial arts, it is to your advantage to study Eskrima/Arnis and add it to your arsenal of moves. Learning Eskrima/Arnis will make you a much better/quicker martial arts practitioner ! That I can promise you, for sure ! For group seminars or one on one instructions anywhere in the world, inquire here on my YouTube Channel or Email me at VCavada@aol.com If you cannot wait for the seminar or needs a refresher and you are far away, you can use my live one on one Internet class. Ask me for details. Practice.....Practice Hard, but Practice hard, Safely ! Master Virgil

  • @mi90able Tabimina Balintawak is also an excellent way of training !

If you ask my students, they will tell you that, I do not put restrictions on their quest for martial arts knowledge ! Meaning, they can learn any other FMA or other martial arts from other countries as long as they have the 3 ! The 3, Time, Energy and Money. Best regards !
