its weird that akala won a mobo award in 06, but since then hes evolved as an artist, speaks more truth and becuase of that he wont be mentioned at any award ceremony. its a shame becuase the message he carries in his music is one that needs to be heard.
if akala ever got to number 1, i reckon the uk would be better for it
