Thanks a lot groovemonzter for all these old music

@akayin21 The title of the track is the horse, the son and the man. According to a website that listed Obey's discography, Obey released the horse, the son and the man in 1973, while shina adewale released this album in 1979. Hope that helps

I was asking a question and not making any insinuation ooo. Sorry for any mixup. Jensbraun has cleared it however.
-
Thank you for the clarification. I'm too young to know who came before who and now that I know Baba Fabiyi was singing before Sir Adewale, that puzzle is solved :).

Spicy, Obey and Sunny do borrow. Every artist does that in Nigeria where there is no copyright in the strict sense of that word. Won ma ng ya orin ara won ko daadaa.

Akayin, iro o, ma dan wo... Obey ti release rekordu yen siwaju awon Sir Shina Adewale o. Sebi omo ehin Prince Adekunle ni won. Yato si eleyi, leriki orin egbe superstars yi yato si orin baba Fabiyi o. Akole orin yen ni: The man, the boy and the donkey ti ko ba i ti fo mi niye.

Please educate me. Did Chief Ebenezer borrow from Sir Shina in terms of the lyric for Chief Ebenezer's track on satisfying society's wishes (Can't remember the track name right now). It goes thus:
"Ko si ogbon to le da, ko si iwa to le wu, ko si ona to le mo, to le fi te aye lorun o"

Thank you groovemonzter for posting all these old albums. can u please load Ahuja Bello "Oro Iye" I think he recorded the last album, can't remember the title before his accident. Also, Ligali Mukaiba can you load please?
@Groovemonzter: I have heard this album before, only for a few minutes mind you.
I heard it being played in the early eighties, on what was known then as Benin radio.
At that time, i did not know that this album was produced by Sir Shina.
Could you tell which verse number this comes under.

The back of the album says "Superstar Verse 7" I'll post both sides in their entirety on my blog. Cheers.
