Receta luego de Parto-Indications to newborn (after a childbearing)

El siguiente es un resumen de las indicaciones que damos a una madre luego del parto, al momento de su alta:
ALIMENTACIÓN BEBÉ :
Leche Materna a libre demanda (cuando quiera aproximadamente cada 1 ó 2 horas),hasta los 6 meses es exclusiva. No dar otras leches, agüitas ni caldos.
En el caso raro que no se llene, darle leche artificial en polvo: 2 medidas y agua 2 onza, mínimo cada 3 horas; o leche evaporada: 1 onza y agua 2 onzas cada 3 horas.
No le dé agüitas.No nutren a su bebé,le pueden ocasionar
problemas digestivos y a usted le disminuirá la leche.
Al principio es normal que tenga poca leche.Cuanto más mame su bebé,más leche se producirá.
NO ES ACONSEJABLE EL HABITO DE OFRECE PEQUEÑAS Y FRECUENTES TOMAS AL NIÑO O DE COGERLE Y DARLE EL PECHO PARA ACALLAR SUS LLANTOS.
Los bebés pueden llorar por otras razones ajenas hambre y no necesitan ser alimentadas cada vez que lloran; algunos bebés son tranquilos, otros
excesivamente activos y algunos irritables. Los bebés que se despiertan y lloran después
cada poco tiempo, puede que no estén recibiendo suficiente cantidad de leche en cada toma, o pueden estar incómodas por cualquier otra razón, como demasiada ropa,pañales o ropa sucios cólico, deglución de aire (gases),demasiado calor o frío en el ambiente o pueden llorar para atraer mayor atención y simplemente necesitan que se les coja en brazos.

FEEDING BABY:
